Mr. Editor: I desire to inquire for my relatives. The last I heard of my mother, she was living in Gurdon, Ark. She went by the name of Digging, or at least, that was her master's. I also went by the name of Ed. Digging, when I left my mother. I got one letter from her in the year 1871. My name was changed to Ed. Mitchell.
