MR. EDITOR-- I wish to inquire for my people whom I left in Alabama in 1852 as near as I can remember. My mother belonged to Lovett Hines, on the Warren river. I had a sister who belonged to Hines also. Mother was Patience, oldest brother Isaac, next Reuben. Isaac belonged to McGowning and Reuben to Woncans. When I left Alabama I belonged to Wm. Bolden.
