Vickers, who resided on Lake Glisteno, Glaiborne Parish, La., was the owner of a colored woman, Celia, who had two children, named Caroline Vickers and Joe Vickers. Celia was sold into Missouri and now resides near Boonville, and the children were sold to other parties unknown The mother is anxious to find her children, if living, that she may go to them or they come to her.
