MR. EDITOR: I want to inquire for my brother, J. M. Scott. I heard from him in 1884; he was then in Montgomery County, Tex- as [Texas]. I have not seen him since 1866. He said he was a local preacher of the M. E. Church. Thanks for his whereabouts. J. H. Coppage, Conroe, Texas.
