NOTICE. Information Wanted--Information is desired as to the whereabouts of Logan Welch, colored, height about 5 feet, 6 inches; weight, 160 pounds; not exceptionally dark; about 40 years of age; by profession a cook. Mr. Welch was a passenger on an in- terurban car at Iowa City on July 11, 1912, and witnessed a collision be- tween said car and an automobile. His testimony is desired and he will be compensated for his time and ex- penses. Any definite information as to his services will be compensated for.
