DEAR EDITOR--I wish to make inquiry through your most noble paper for my sister Charlotte. She married a man during the war by the name of Brownwood. Charlotte was taken from us at Clinton, La. where were living at that time. She was carried off by a man named Mathew Borman, who took her to Shreveport, Morehouse parish, La.
