DEAR EDITOR ----I wish to hear of Eliza Cotton. Her brother was Edgar Spencer. In old times our sister was named Nancy Spencer. Our mother, Maria, had those three children and another named Matilda ----four in all. I found Nancy Spencer in Virginia, and I am informed that sister Eliza is in New Orleans.
