DEAR EDITOR—I wish to enquire about my brother, Thomas Turner. He was born in Baltimore, Md., was brought to New Orleans by Wm. Lusby and sold to Judge Cage who gave him (Turner) to his son in law, Harry Hays. Our mother's name is Hannah Turner ; father's name Orange Turner. We were three brothers, Albert, Chas.
