I had two brothers and two sisters, Ann, Priscilla, Merretta and Jacob. Miss Sarah was the daughter of Mr. Jones, and she married a Mr. Nash Gates, and then bought me from her father and went to Springfield, Mo., where I was sold, and went to Texas.
