Burnett, along with Aunt Minerva, Uncle Alex Richard and cousin Charles Burnett, from Multan, Lowndes county, Miss., just before the war. My mother is Martha Shirley; she had three children, viz: myself, Roberta Ann, Laura Ann and Willis. Father married another woman named Martha. I can not remember any of the children but sister Hanah. I am a Weatherspoon by marriage. I guess father is dead, but I presume some of his family is alive.
