MR. EDITOR:--I wish to inquire for my mother and father. Mother was Aggie Harris, and father was Billy Broadneck. I left them in Rockingham county, N.C. When I left mother belonged to Billy Harris and father to Dr. Broadneck. My younger master carried me to Blountsville, East Tennessee, when I was twelve years old. His name was John Harris. He took with me two brothers, Isaac and David. He sold be at Blountsville, and kept my brothers. There were nine of us children, and the others remained in North Carolina. I never heard of them any more. The oldest were Aban and Billy. Sister was Renie. Aggie was the baby when I left. Address me at Centreville, Tenn., in care of Mr. W. B.
