MR. EDITOR--I desire to inquire for my father who left me in 1858 when I was a little boy. We then lived in Hancock county, Ga. My father went to Texas where he now resides. I am married and have four children. I live in Cypremort, St. Mary's parish, and should be addressed at Landon, Sorrel Station, La. My father is called James Murray, but I go by the name of Sydney Battle.
