DEAR EDITOR--I wish to inquire for my brother. The last time I saw him was in McKinley, Ala., in 1867; he went from there to Mobile and thence to New Orleans. I have not heard from him since. His name is Henry Smith, but is some- times called Henry Clay Smith. He used to belong to Mr. Martin Smith, in McKinley, Ala. Address me at Bastrop, La. ARMSTEAD SMITH.
