Holt; I was with him about 2 years and he broke, and then I was sold again to a man by the name of James T. Armston, and was carried to Arkan- sas and I remained there about 5 years, and during the war I was brought to Texas. I had a sister by the name of Easter and broth- er by the name of Robert Richard, and a sister named Lucinda, and a brother Cyrus. I heard that Cyrus was dead. I am the next.
